Pastor Jim Carey

Messianic Pastor Jim Carey is the lead Messianic Pastor of Worship  the ROC and the Delmarva Messianic Congregation.

Pastor Jim worked for the State Dept. for many years in Technologies and Education. He is not just a Pastor, he is a professor and has taught at many colleges and seminaries throughout his career. He has pastored and mentored pastors & leaders for over 40 years! Pastor Jim loves people and is a true Rabbi in that he loves to teach people about the love of Yeshua Jesus.

His wife, Pastor Melanie, has worked in ministry for over 40 years, touring the world in missions, music, and evangelizing. She has lived in many places, but some of her vivid and glorious stories are from when she lived in the heart of Old Jerusalem in Israel. She has a love for people praying and music.

While Pastors Jim and Melanie have many degrees, certificates and titles, they are best known as Peapa & Yaya!
